SEAPORT ENHANCED (SEAPORT-E)

American Informatics Solutions, LLC (dba AmeriMatics) is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDVOSB/SDB) headquartered in Vienna, Virginia.   We have been providing support and services to Government clients since our founding in 2001.  Our primary areas of expertise are Software Development with a focus on Agile processes and Cloud Migration,  Systems Integration, Solutions Architecture, and Systems Engineering.  AmeriMatics has supported multiple Government agencies in engineering, and information technology (IT) projects for over a decade. Our current familiarity with IT environments and information dissemination systems significantly enhances our ability to offer superb service.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) established the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) as the Navy’s electronic platform for supplying support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.

Amerimatics is a prime on Seaport-e. This Navy task ordering contract is available for use to access Amerimatics services by all of the Navy’s Systems Commands including: NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, ONR, SSP, SPAWAR, MSC, and the USMC. This contract vehicle is efficient and provides flexibility to its Navy users.

Functional and Geographic Performance Areas 

As a small business prime on this contract, Amerimatics has been authorized to perform in all functional areas supported by Seaport-e in geographic zone 2 – the National Capital Area.

 

AmeriMatics’ Quality Assurance Program

As the center all QA/QC activities, our Program Management Office will implement our existing QA Plan tailored to meet Seaport-e requirements. AmeriMatics’ QA Manager is responsible for, among other tasks, establishment and enforcement of common work formats and templates, utilization of proven boilerplate and QC checklists and inspection of work in progress. All major reports and deliverables will be reviewed by our Program Manager who will inspect all services and deliverables to verify conformance with contract/task order requirements and industry best practices. Other QA techniques include: use of EVMS based processes; use of a formal and documented lessons learned process; regular in person customer meetings; and periodic quality reviews.
